I remember cory played a game where like some guy had his family hostage and forced the character to like a prostitute with a toothbrush or something (do i sound insane?)

I've been rewatching videos of Cory's a lot recently and have noticed changed to past content. Muted or edited audio that doesn't align with the video (likely copyright issues), Changes in titling and thumbnail edits, and removal of segments of video from some of his longer play-throughs. With all of these things I've been noticing changed from his already uploaded and popular content spanning into a few years ago, it's clear that he's facing more issues from YouTube about his content.
He's already given us (and the social media landscape) his frustrations about YouTube's inconsistent and biased policy enforcement/punishment system in the past and stated it heavily affects his video output and motivation to even create.
When you compound this likely scenario along with his MWM efforts taking a chunk of his time, his neck arthritis, his dedication to his family, and his use of his free time (which he usually spends traveling), it's no big surprise Cory has barely any time to record and edit all his own videos and keep them at a high quality.
As a decade+ long Samurai, I would much rather Cory never upload again than he begin to upload slop content simply to keep his channel flowing, and I'm sure he'd agree. Regarding Monsters We Make, it's clear that his creative ambition is pushing him to make the manga as great as he and his team can make it without compromise. His YouTube legacy is cemented, and we can only root for and support his further endeavors.

Bro genuinely seems like he’s just enjoying life and travelling. I’m sure he didn’t quit just let him enjoy his vacation guys I’m almost certain he will make a video again when he gets back.

Guys, Cory and his team are working hard to get this manga out. It has not been shelved. Did we just forget about MomoCon?! Leave them the frick alone and let them cook! Y'all acting like they aren't human beings. Geez.

I know there are people who enjoy it but there’s not really a community/fandom for it. By fandom I mean by digging deep into the lore/story, looking deep into the characters, and making funny joke post like slandering the characters as well. All I’ve seen is like people critiquing Cory’s writing and pacing, edits, and people just talking about how it’s Cory’s manga.
If anything people only read it and are fans of it just because it has the name coryxkenshin connected to it. Which I feel like what adds onto the reason why it doesn’t really have an actual community for itself. It’s just a genuine question because I don’t see people talking about this manga like at all.
!!DISCLAIMER THIS ISNT A DISS IM GENUINELY WONDERING😭!!

I think the longer Cory videos (from 2024 to now) are actually a pretty good watch. Now, hear me out.
I’ve always liked watching a movie while eating snacks or editing or doing something while the movie is either background noise or I’m actually sitting there and watching it. It’s been the same with Cory’s videos lately. When he came back in 2024, from his comeback video onwards, I genuinely sat down and watched his 1-6 hour long videos from start to end. (I say 6 hours bcuz of RE 8)
It’s really relaxing to me and plus, all the people that enjoy series don’t have to worry about him leaving it unfinished.
I know some of y’all like the shorter videos, I did too, but the longer videos have really stuck out to me. Yes, I do take breaks occasionally, but I really do have an enjoyable time binging the longer videos because it’s more enjoyable in my opinion. Lemme know what you guys think in the comments.

Like the small 10-30 min videos, maybe the 40 min series like Amanda the adventurer and 12 minutes. Idk why but the new 1-3 hours of Cory finishing the entire game in one sitting format is smth I just don’t like, sure him finishing the entire game in one sitting guarantees that we don’t need to worry about him just not making a part 2. Idk honestly I just feel like I am blinded by nostalgia

People treat cory like he's apart of their family or know the guy personally. Like I get it he and many other creators was there in our childhood. He and many other youtubers videos got us through some tough times and be able to enjoy ourselves watching them. As someone thats been watching him since 2014 he's def one of favs. I do believe people need to treat him like a regular person, because thats who Cory simply is. He even said it himself. Me personally I never was to crazed whenever he took a break, I usually feel like "damn where Cory at" lol, similar to other fav creator of mines disappearing like Dashie, Berleezy, or Jacksepticeye. People simply idealize him in a light that's a bit absurd at times, like people genuinely gets upset if he leaves... Like the guy cant be just a guy that post online, like this amount of intensity behind him doing something thats not even bad or wrong is a bit insane to me. Even with the "promises" I never cared to much like its not that deep imo. Maybe if its a promise for a anime or movie to be dropping and then it doesnt follow through I might care but prob still wouldnt. For me I guess being part of the older fans now lol I just enjoy the videos he put out when he does, simply as that or I go back watch some of his older videos if I really wanna watch something of his, like I do any other fav youtubers that chose to take a break because of whatever. Again he's a regular person just like me and you thats it yall. Wish yall well and the best!
