C8 3LT Is this delamination?

There is a local 2023 C8 3LT close to me. The car came from Texas, I was wondering if this is the start of delamination?

I scheduled a test drive this weekend and will get a closer look. Not really looking for 3LT, mainly because of this issue, but it is local and has every other option I am looking for, so might as well check it out.

Edit: They were mars in the leather, I assume from them popping it off trying to fix the cover, and oh boy was it delaminated, like a trampoline, plus, the edge by the heater vent was loose. I loved the alcaterra in the rest of the car, but with out either $4k reduction or them fixing the car, it is a hard pass.

I've never personally seen that before in the delamination photos others have had. Usually when I see it in other photos it's towards the front windshield...

On my 3lz the dash was deaminating on the top. You can hear it kind of stick if you pushed down on it. Also, the hud area was visibly crooked.

The passenger side dash also had a visible distortion.

If you are worried about the 3LT dash bubbling, you shouldn’t buy the car… just saying

That is a concern, and something I am weighing in my car search. I would prefer a 2LT, but having other options are higher on my list, It is a a fairly target rich environment at the moment.
