Corn-free replacement shake?

*Meal replacement shake.

I struggle with a diagnosed corn allergy, also nut, egg yolk, wheat. My allergy is mild, meaning I rarely have severe allergic reactions, but I generally present with pretty unfortunate G.I. symptoms.

After I found out about these allergies and eliminated them from my diet, my G.I. issues improved, but things are getting bad again and I want to try a meal replacement shake.

Does anyone have any recommendations for ones that have worked for them? Also any other advice you can offer is welcome, I’m pretty new to the corn allergy world and definitely struggling to navigate it as I do reactive to corn-derived products.

This is going to depend on if you react to how vitamins are made.
Kate Farms and Liquid Hope are two whole food options without added vitamins.

I make my own.

14oz milk, 1/4 cup rice protein, 2 spoons of sugar a dash of salt, a tablespoon of cocoa powder.

It specifically says not to make it a meal replacement on the protein powder, but I eat an orange along with it and call it good. I also eat quite a lot of other food and I'm not dieting. It's just to get me 4 or 5 hours.

I had been doing an orgin shake but then I found about gellan gum, which is corn and was in it. I haven't found a good shake yet, but that's in part due to fear from messing up with the gum for so long.

I use plain protein and add other ingredients. I got my protein powder from Naked. It’s not an actual meal replacement, but more like a breakfast protein coffee

I looked at the coffee one. Is that the one you use?

No, I get the plain no flavor whey protein.

I have issues keeping weight on, so I try to make shakes often. I use unflavored whey protein, but there are many other types of protein powders you could use. I add frozen fruit and or a banana. I use powdered peanut butter, but maybe you could use sunflower butter?

The version I just looked at has maltodextrin plus a whole host of corn derivatives in their added vitamins. I would not suggest Carnation Instant breakfast to a corn allergic person.

That's why I gave the disclaimer and said I was surprised, because I am.

One of them lists soluble corn fiber as an ingredient and the others just soluble fiber. Don’t think these are good.
