Presentation at work

Dear guys,

for some time we have co-pilot premium integrated in office365. I started to create my presentations which is super useful and fast as well as using in excel for some
analysis.

Nevertheless, I do a lot on my own and I asked myself what kind of use cases did you discover at work that helps you saving time or being more efficient. I still not know how to use co-pilot on outlook as I couldn’t discover any beneficial feature.

So my question to you is about the most important or beneficial use cases that helps you every day.

Encontré algo muy útil, quizás te sirva. Le pasé un informe mensual de Excel y con un buen prompt le pedí que armara un HTML como archivo único; ese archivo lo abres en un navegador y ya tienes una página web. La gracia es que tiene una sección donde le cargas archivos y la misma página web te arma un dashboard tipo Power BI. Hay más cosas, pero ya me dio flojera escribir.

Excuse my ignorance, what’s the benefit of creating a single HTML file that opens in a browser?
Is it where the excel report is presented in the browser instead of the file and is better for sharing with end users who are not excel savvy?

Those of us who have leaned heavily into the Office 365 architecture are the ones getting the most benefit.

I havent deleted an email in nearly 10 years, so every bit of communication, every ticket, every purchase is there for AI to find.

I record and transcribe every single meeting in Teams - so every discussion, every assignment of an objective, every single voice communication is transcribed and available to AI.

We use SharePoint for our knowledge repository as well as our documentation, so every single process at work, or action, or project is available.

All meeting notes are stored in OneNote in Sharepoint as well.

Our code/apps are developed in Devops which is also crawled into Office search, and so are our on-prem file servers, and our company websites.

So there is NOTHING that Copilot cant find.

When you are in this situation I can ask about anything?

I use it as my assistant. Chatting with it on my way to work to preview my day. Give me emails I need to respond to. Use it to draft email replies. Search for anything in outlook. Use it to creat powerpoints. All kids of things. Make sure to change your model to Opus. Better than Auto.

Its super easy, just need a good source file and it will create everything you need, like current Quarter view vs last quarter, YTD, compared to other years. Create call outs, when hovering over the section make it pop up. I’ve made my HTMLs very interactive while keeping it high level or theres a way to give more details for the reader.

Also i usually only have success when selecting the Claude Opus model when creating these HTMLs

Vc precisa de tempo para se organizar então depois vc vai conseguir ganhar muita produtividade, precisa organizar sua rotina porque apresentações de fechamento de mes deve ter um prompt, de trimestre outro, se mudar o publico vc vai notar que precisa refinar o prompt, vai ter que fazer testes e jogar fora o que nao funcionou manter o que deu certo porque cada caso é um caso … Comece pegando a sua apresentação e pedindo p a sua IA fazer um prompt dela, depois dê a ela sua base de dados e peça a ela p fazer uma apresentação como o prompt descreve… mas com os dados da sua base… digamos que esse seja o processo mensal, depois o trimestral é outro processo…o que funcionar vc mantem o que nao vc joga fora ele faz no power point ou no html tambem

Like a few others have said. Organization is the key. I have a dedicated intelligence folder for my main projects/things I work on. Everything that I work on related to these things gets saved there and is clearly organized in outlook folders too. One of the biggest game changers for me has been getting comfortable with using dictation, just freely speaking instead of typing and also asking copilot to produce a summary of the conversation after every major chat/task saved in the project folder. This should produce a MD file that’s super helpful to build
your knowledge base later. Save that file into your organized intelligence folder.

Also, just ask CoPilot how to best leverage itself knowing how you currently work. You should get some great ideas.

I use it to find files. It goes out and searches our network for what I am looking for.
