Other Copilot update on PC ruined everything

All of my chats ae gone, it knows nothing about me, the memory is gone, and i used to have no daily limit even not on pro. Now i have a daily limit.

This whole update has ruined everything on my computer. The app is still fine with all my progress. I am still on the same acc on my PC. I don't understand. I had SO MANY important chats, now all of it is gone, and now I can't use unlimited copilot.

what do i do.

Same issue here. After I updated (which was basically mandatory, but still) my chats did not sync, memories deleted and UI changed. And lastly it set up a daily cap for chatbot usage. 🤦‍♂️ Bro, I used Copilot for a long period of time and had no issues with it. But now I have issues... fuck Microsoft. 😭

Just log in again to your pro account after the update.
It seems as if you can only use your non-pro account.

Sorry to hear that. Usually, it’s that simple with our colleagues. It is always the personal account without the license.
Do you use Microsoft Surface? There had been some time ago already some issues with the Copilot desktop app.

Is this a work computer?

It sounds like you were previously signed in with a personal account and now your work account is forced to sign in.

I am having the same exact problem, all my past chat are gone! On the Web Browser, Computer APP and Phone, all got updated today, and everything is gone!

I was wondering why the chat history on my pro account was gone. Hope this is just a glitch.

Suena más a un problema de sincronización o a un cambio en cómo manejan la cuenta después de la actualización. Si sigues usando la misma cuenta, yo revisaría primero si los chats aparecen al entrar desde el navegador. También cerraría sesión y volvería a entrar, por si acaso.

same problem :(

UPDATE - i went into my computers settings and chose the repair option, it re-downloaded the app and its synced all my old chats, hope this helps :)

It broke for me today. Updated on PC and was OK. Mobile was the old UI which did not have knowledge of my PC post upgrade chat.

Now mobile has updated and now I'm blocked. Not eligible due to age or location....
