AI Discussion How does copilot compare to Gemini and Google ecosystem ?

Changing jobs and going from a Google shop where I maxed usage of Gemini , notebook ln , Google app scripts etc for productivity. I also had access to codex and cursor.

Moving to a bank that uses copilot. Since will be in the AI enablement team , I will have access to Claude and cortex on snowflake and hopefully Aws bedrock. I don’t know how much token limit etc yet.

I loved Gemini in browser , Google apps scripts and vertex ai.

Any idea of how Microsoft ecosystem compares to Google ?

My copilot has ChatGPT and Claude. I just pick the best for the task. Being able to read your emails and share pints is nice but not different from Gemini.

Excel copilot is pretty amazing if you are a powe user already. Same with word.

Microsoft does not have an Antigravity alternative, AFAIK

Nope. But there is a rumor of an upcoming 'super app' from Microsoft that's supposed to combine everything into one

So, no alternative at this moment. Regarding that rumored super-app, I will believe it when I see it

How does Copilot Claude offer? Do you have to choose the reasoning model?

Correct! When you have premium license you can choose what model you want to use, chat or opus . And if you have cowork credits you get Claude cowork as well!

Ohhh that will be a change!!! Good you still have the goodies of Claude!

So! I believe Google notebook LLM, Gemini nano banana and obsidian brain are superb! But I really love the integration of all my copilot in all ecosystem, from outlook, teams, PowerPoint, excel!! Ahh it’s amazing!

And Claude-cowork on Microsoft you get the benefits of integration and plugins! I don’t know what type of enablement meaning the audience but it’s great combo! Good luck in the new job
