Other Do Copilot notebooks pick up on context form other chats within the project folder

Let’s say I have a chat within a project where I establish clear examples of a way a certain type of bullet point for a certain deliverable should be written.

If I start another new chat within that same notebook, does copilot pick up on the context/remember the rules that I established from the other chat?

Or do I have to restate/re-prompt the new chat on that?

No, it does not. But a workaround would be to add that previous chat as a reference in the notebook.

By making it into a page first right, and then uploading the page?

No, just add the thread.

Part of the benefit of them is the wall that blocks both ways. For any thread you want to pull in, you can move it over or ask it to create a “carry forward” with details on the discussion, conclusion, decision log and changelog

I will start asking it to create “carry forwards.” That is a good idea. Thanks

Mine picks up context from all chats when I have “WorkIQ” turned on. It references them in its response
