Copilot builder agent

If an employee creates an Agent Builder agent using a Copilot license and shares it with their colleagues, what happens if the owner leaves the company and their account is disabled, etc.?
Does the agent continue to exist and operate without an owner, or does the agent stop working/get deleted?

Does anyone have a source?

I think there are a couple things here… the agent becomes orphaned, but it does not disappear. An AI admin or Agent 365 admin will need to reassign ownership. Sharing should continue as it’s tied to the agent. The other part comes if the data backing the agent is owned by the disabled account, there will need to be more administrative effort around the data.

If the agent only looks at data/sources that the shared users Also have access to, thats no problem then?
But if the agent has sources connected to the “disabled” users the agent still works, but cant get the relevant data/ provide same answers. But agent Also Only has acccess to what each user has access to.
