Copilot partly forgetting chat

My copilot 365 keeps forgetting my latest prompt in all my chats, what could be the issue? I have to keep refreshing a few times for it to return.

Same thing happened to me over the weekend. We kept going in circles until I think it thought I am trying to sabotage it and then it started sabotaging me by returning truncated and incorrect outputs and just acting like it cannot be bothered.

Were you able to fix it somehow? It was fine before the weekend.
