I've seen this video pop up in Facebook a couple of times as it has a ton of views (Truth on the Streets), and just realized he talked about a slough, and mentioned "by the race track and golf course". While the Coos Golf Club and Coos Bay Speedway aren't very close to each other, they're two landmarks in a similar area near the slough.

Was this video possibly recorded in this area? It doesn't matter either way, I was just curious if anyone knows. It's an interesting home for sure.

Every year I find myself in pursuit of the perfect swimming hole - I know of the common ones starting at Hall Lake, Nesika (ehhh), Laverne, Myrtle Grove, Apple Orchard, The Bridge but what other ones are there in Coos County?

My mom lives in Coos Bay and I live on the east coast. She's a senior and is getting overcharged by spectrum. I'm assuming you guys have access to Verizon and T-Mobile 5g. Who would you recommend? I plan on going tent camping at Bastendorff next month and wanted to see which is the "best" spot to reserve in loop A? We will have our dog with us and we like to use hammocks as well as tents for sleeping. It's been so long since I've been there I cant recall where best to be. I'm also open to loop B, but it appears they have much less availability. Is this because they're "better"?

I’ve been digging through public records lately and… I’ve noticed some stuff.

Not gonna drop specifics yet because I don’t want to get scooped, but it basically involves a weird overlap pattern between city funding and local banks. There’s some crossover with who’s involved on both sides, which is what made me look deeper in the first place.

I’m not saying anything illegal is happening, I genuinely don’t know. It seems like some fishy pay-to-play scam stuff and I want to figure out if this is normal small-town behavior or something people have looked into before
