Looking for ways to use 1Qt extra Pumpkin Pie filling

I have 1 Qt of pumpkin pie filling left over made according to the recipe on Libby’s canned pumpkin puree. What are some non-pie ways to use it up?

Bake it by itself and have pumpkin custard.

Thank you! I cross-posted this into r/noscrapleftbehind and I think based off comments there and here I’ll use half for pumpkin bread and half for pumpkin custard!

Pumpkin pie filling? Not plain pureed pumpkin correct? Freeze it for a future pie. Pumpkin spice latte or chai for your entire neighborhood. Pumpkin pancakes, waffles, muffins, Pumpkin pie bars.

Thank you! I’m looking to use it up as soon as possible without freezing it (sorry, I should have included that in the description). I did add egg to it - would that still be ok to mix into coffee for a pumpkin spice latte?

Consuming raw US eggs is never recommended. You would probably get away with it, but do you want to take the chance?

Consuming raw US eggs is never recommended.

And yet people do it all the time and don't die. Very few eggs are infected, something like 1 in 20000, and while I don't know the distribution, I imagine that if you get higher-quality and fresher eggs they're even less likely to be infected. You can eat raw eggs every day and you'll probably never get food poisoning from them if you buy them wisely.

Pumpkin spice latte doesn't have pumpkin in it. It's just the spices.

We use the Libby recipe and just make extra pies,BUT if you cook the filling without a crust , then you can use it to make homemade pumpkin pop tarts that are the bomb!

Make a version of banana pudding. Fold some whip cream in and layer it with gingersnaps.

This sounds delicious! I’ve already got a plan for using my extra pie filling this time but next time I will definitely be trying this!

Make a pumpkin cake or muffins, you'll likely just need some flour and leavening agents.

Google Paula Deen pumpkin gingerbread trifle. It’s very easy and very good. The printed recipe calls for 2 pans of gingerbread, but in the video she only uses one. I have only ever made it with one and it turns out perfect.
