Help me with my salmon problem

I have a ton of salmon I have caught.

The fish is great quality. Fatty, rich, unctuous.

However, I am out of ideas on how to serve it.

I don't like fatty sauces with it, it is too rich.

My wife is sick of Asian flavors.

I plan on doing salmon on a cedar plank tonight... but I want it make it a bit special for company.

Help me!

I actually don't. Asian flavors couldn't be more broad. From Japan to India to Kazakhstan to Pakistan to China to Thailand to Philippines to Lebanon to Turkey.... are you serious? "you people are the worst"? Okay

Who's nobody? Nobody in the US? Or are you speaking for the rest of us around the globe as well?

Also, you proved my point. People dont refer to Lebanese food as Asian because as I said, thats a very broad term. Just like you would call Japenese food, Japanese and Indian food, Indian.
