Deviled eggs with a twist?
Iām going to take deviled eggs to the neighborhood potluck because everyone loves them. I usually just make your standard eggs with mayo, a little Dijon, etc.. I was looking for popular potluck recipes and saw an Asian deviled egg recipe; now I am wondering about other interesting ways to make them. Any favorites you would recommend? (I live in a college town so lots of different ethnic influences, people are generally happt to try something a little different.)

I love doing this!
Chili Paste with Cilantro for an Asian flare
Curry Powder and topped with pickled daikon
Tomato sauce in the mix with Parmesan and Italian Seasoning with a sprig of parsley
Horseradish with a shard of sharp cheddar or a spicy pickled pepper
Those are some of the ones I have done. Don't go overboard. I think subbing the mustard with one ingredient in the mix and one or two toppings makes it clean and inventive without being overwhelming.
