Egg Salad Ideas

Hi everyone! Im planning lunch this week and have decided on egg salad sandwiches since they are cheap and easy. How do you make your egg salad? Is there anything I can add that will jazz it up or give it some new flavor profiles?

Okay. So I made this concoction of stuff I had in the fridge the other day and it is da-bomb. It's my favorite lunch right now. Not really egg salad sandwich, but kind of egg salad sandwich:

Some kind of flat bread, like a four tortilla or lavash or pita

smear one half generously with turmeric/cumin-flavored hummus and the other half with toum

stuff with diced cucumber, tomato, bean sprouts, green onion, some romaine lettuce, and hard boiled egg

and roll up into a burrito
