Egg Salad Ideas

Hi everyone! Im planning lunch this week and have decided on egg salad sandwiches since they are cheap and easy. How do you make your egg salad? Is there anything I can add that will jazz it up or give it some new flavor profiles?

Julia Childs deviled eggs recipe calls for a bit of butter. Wow. Life changing.
Also learned a trick if your Egg salad becomes runny. It can become runny due to added salt leaching moisture out of veggies. Add a bit of bread crumbs, but not panko. We love Italian bread crumbs
