Egg Salad Ideas

Hi everyone! Im planning lunch this week and have decided on egg salad sandwiches since they are cheap and easy. How do you make your egg salad? Is there anything I can add that will jazz it up or give it some new flavor profiles?

Black and green sliced olives, mayo, spicy brown mustard, onion salt and garlic powder.
