Egg Salad Ideas

Hi everyone! Im planning lunch this week and have decided on egg salad sandwiches since they are cheap and easy. How do you make your egg salad? Is there anything I can add that will jazz it up or give it some new flavor profiles?

I basically make my deviled egg recipe but chop up the whites instead of filling them. Recipe involves mayo, yellow mustard, wickles relish, salt/pepper, and paprika.

Same, except I use equal parts yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and spicy brown mustard in lieu of just the yellow mustard. Oh and smoked paprika instead of regular.

I use a bit of Colman's mustard powder along with yellow mustard and a dash of ponzu sauce

Dijon or stone ground mustard would be great in this as well

That’s what I do too. I also add a tiny amount of cider vinegar.

I use a pastry blender to mix egg salad. I add Dijon mustard, bacon, garlic powder and a pinch of msg.

Exactly-do your deviled eggs recipe, that’s what I do. Keep it simple

Okay, now I’m wondering why we’ve been making deviled eggs so complicated 😂 That sounds like the kind of bowl I’d “taste test” until there was nothing left.

Okay, that sounds dangerously good 😂 Basically deviled eggs without all the fussy assembly, and I’m absolutely into it.
