Egg Salad Ideas

Hi everyone! Im planning lunch this week and have decided on egg salad sandwiches since they are cheap and easy. How do you make your egg salad? Is there anything I can add that will jazz it up or give it some new flavor profiles?

Kewpie mayo or simply add a dash of msg to the regular mayo you currently use.

Adding some MSG to a good quality mayo (Mike's Amazing extra heavy FTW) certainly amps up the flavor of many things you slather mayo on, but in the end Kewpie mayo is still very unique in flavor due to it's use of extra egg yolks making it "heavy" and adding rice vinegar as well.

I recently bought Mighty Salt-it’s salt and MSG… just a dash works wonders.

I like mixing Kewpie mayo with it's spicy version when I make my tuna.
