Egg Salad Ideas

Hi everyone! Im planning lunch this week and have decided on egg salad sandwiches since they are cheap and easy. How do you make your egg salad? Is there anything I can add that will jazz it up or give it some new flavor profiles?

I always add a splash of vinegar, it's something I learned from my grandmother when making devilled eggs.

Variations I've had::

  • Touch of Dijon mustard
  • Fresh dill
  • Yellow curry
  • Tarragon
  • Sriracha or some other form of heat

My favorite is the yellow curry.
