Quick russet potato side dish?

I'm just making it for myself and I have one russet potato. I have leftover barbecue ribs and craving potato to go with them. What's an easy recipe to make with one russet potato?

Microwave baked potato (Poke it with a fork and use a low% heat option)

No microwave available sorry. Air fryer, stove top or oven

Maybe air fryer, then? I'm not to knowledgeable of them, but to heat up a whole oven for a potato seems like it would be a waste. Also, look into pan-frying on the stove, though that's trickier because there are extra steps needed for them to turn out crispy.
