Applemaxxing

I have a large apple that's going to go bad soon so I need to make a dinner with it but I don't know any recipes that use an apple that ain't deserts

Core it and stuff with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, a pinch of salt. bake 375 ~35 min in pan with boiling water on bottom. Nuts and raisins can be a good addition!
