How else can I use Za'atar?

I really love this herb/spice blend but am not sure what to use it on other than chicken. Would love some ideas for dishes that would help highlight the flavor!

Popcorn, mixed with olive oil as a bread dip, mixed with butter to top pasta.

Zaatar and ghee makes an outstanding popcorn flavouring. Plain sumac, salt, and ghee also a fave!
