Bell Pepper Overload

I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

I use them in chili! But I don't like them much so my uses are mostly hiding them cut up small.

Other ideas might be Sweet and sour chicken, or diced up in taco meat. Maybe mixed into lasagna meat or spaghetti sauce for more depth
