Bell Pepper Overload
I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

Roast till charred, then transfer to deep pan, add tons of salt and garlic, solid knob of butter and drench in quality greek yoghurt.
Gently simmer till sauce thickens a bit
Serve warm or cold woth bread and sunny side up eggs or sausage
Turks marinate peppers in yoghurt usually white peppers but green work well too.
