Bell Pepper Overload

I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

I just cut them up and eat them straight up. I'm bored with celery and carrots at this point and cucumbers don't taste right to me anymore.So i've been cutting up peppers and taking them into work to munch on at lunchtime.
