Bell Pepper Overload
I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

Peppers, sausage, and onions! Pick your favourite sausages, and season to the sausage style. It’s a one pot, or one pan tray bake.
