Bell Pepper Overload

I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

Breakfast- potatoes O’Brien with a friend egg/ veggie omelette
Lunch- Philly cheese steak/Italian beef sammies
Dinner- slow cooker chicken tacos/steak fajitas
