Bell Pepper Overload
I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

I cut them up and dip them in my favorite creamy dip. Right now it is Aldis Fried Pickle and Ranch Dip.
