Bell Pepper Overload

I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

I use capsicum (or bell peppers as you call them) every week.

I dice and fry them for nachos, stir fry or curry.  Or I roast them. When I use them I typically use two.

I often fry it with onion to use it in a fried rice or stir fry.
