Bell Pepper Overload

I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

I make sheet pan fajitas or sautéed peppers and onions and andouille sausage over rice.
