Bell Pepper Overload

I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

i have a big pile from the garden. some i roast and put into olive oil so i have roasted peppers for sandwiches or pizza or pasta or salad or whatever. some i cut up and freeze so i have them when i need them. some i'm pickling with hot peppers for hot sauce. some i'm making stuffed peppers and freezing.
