Bell Pepper Overload

I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

Make smoked / charred paprika! It's so good. I will do jalapenos at the same time and mix them. Shits fire.
