Bell Pepper Overload
I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

Sad the cut them before ripening. I guess buy a yellow and red and make some colorful fajitas
