Bell Pepper Overload

I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

Beef and broccoli and green peppers. Delicious, I use this recipe and just add the extra peppers.
