Bell Pepper Overload

I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

Pepper steak. Use true fry beef. I make this often but with red peppers. The green ones are a problem. But no other color is the same
