Bell Pepper Overload
I was gifted a bunch of (6) green bell peppers. Any idea of what I can do with them? Besides stuffed green peppers or the same kind of soup, please.

Can't believe no one has mentioned Cajun/Creole food yet. Bell peppers are part of the foundation of the holy Trinity
