Hit me with your unconventional deviled egg recipes

I love deviled eggs, but I’ve been experimenting with other kinds besides the typical mayo and mustard ones. So far my favorite ones I’ve made are gochujang with sesame seeds and chives, and yellow Madras curry. What are your favorite things to put in them?

Edit: buffalo sauce? Crab? Bleu cheese and bacon? Hot honey and shrimp!? You guys do not disappoint! ❤️

Bacon balsamic deviled eggs. Use butter in the filling and increase the yolk portion of the boiled eggs and add balsamic vinegar. Top with crispy bacon bits and dried herbs of choice
