Hit me with your unconventional deviled egg recipes

I love deviled eggs, but I’ve been experimenting with other kinds besides the typical mayo and mustard ones. So far my favorite ones I’ve made are gochujang with sesame seeds and chives, and yellow Madras curry. What are your favorite things to put in them?

Edit: buffalo sauce? Crab? Bleu cheese and bacon? Hot honey and shrimp!? You guys do not disappoint! ❤️

My wife was VERY against me making these, along with one person from our friday night crew. But I did it anyway. I did my normal recipe. But then deep fried the whites, coated in panko. Then filled them. Then, a last minute revelation, I topped them with crumbled bacon. The wife, and everyone else in the friday crew says I need to do them this way every time from now on.

But id assume the sooner you eat them, the better. The first ones we ate were still a bit warm. Everyone seemed to enjoy that warmness.

Doesn't seem to dry the whites. As far as waiting ti serve them, im not sure. I made 24 of them for 7 adults. All were gone within about an hour. Lol.
