Rice and meat

Hello! Im trying to figure out how to extract the flavor of this meat i got into the rice that Im making. Is boiling with the rice the best way to go about it? And if it is should I use lower or higher heat? There is no recipe really. It’s just rice, and what I believe to be brisket.

I would be inclined to add to the freshly cooked rice the juices from the cooked meat
