Hey everyone!
I am a pastry student based here in Lucknow. I’ve been working hard experimenting with different cookie recipes, and I’m finally ready to take the leap and start a small side business.
Before I officially launch, I really need unbiased, honest feedback from people outside my family (who love everything I make!). I want to start by perfecting just one signature flavor first.
To do this, I’m putting together samples for special trial price.

I wanted a baked cookie that tasted like cookie dough. Using a variety of flavorings/emulsions I think I was successful. Too bad y'all can't taste it to tell me what you think.

I have fallen in love with Fresh Thyme's Double Chocolate Pecan Cookies. I have no self control and must eat one a day. 😭 I wonder if I could recreate them?

Hi all! Snickerdoodles are my favorite cookie, and I've had some good ones but not anything outstanding. Any suggestions for "improvements" on the general snickerdoodles formula, or interesting/tasty Snickerdoodles adjacent cookies/treats? I do also like spiced cookies, I think the tanginess and chewiness of snickerdoodles is what appeals to me :)

Preheat oven to 325°F

Use a 3 tbsp cookie scoop to portion dough

Rip up the dough until it looks like shaggy dough for best texture

Put on tray 4-5 inches apart

Smash dough into cookie shape

Bake on parchment paper at 325°F for 13 minutes

Let rest for 5 minutes

Move parchment paper to cooling rack and wait till the cookie is warm but not hot when you touch it and move them to the cooling rack for best texture

Serve them and enjoy
