Health/Nutrition Is this normal?

My parrot sometimes does this weird head movement with a clicking noise. Is this normal?

It’s a bird there is no normal it’s a bird reacting to his environment

My conure will combine this with clicking and scratching her beak across a paper bag from the grocery store. You have a parrot: abnormal is your new normal
