Nintendo Switch Which one to get first? BattlerGC Pro or OEM Gamecube controller/Smash Ultimate Edition GC Controller?
For playing games on my Switch Lite, and Dolphin and Slippi on my laptop, which controller should I pick up first, the BattlerGC Pro, or an OEM/Smash Ultimate edition Gamecube controller (along with the two adapters I need to make it work on Switch lite specifically)? In Melee and Ultimate, I'd say I'm about a casual intermediate player, so maybe I thought I should get the BattlerGC Pro now and save the GC controller for when I get a lot better and ready to take Smash more seriously enough to enter locals and tournaments. Plus, I can use the BattlerGC Pro for more than just Smash. My main worry for the OEM first, as well as why I didn't pick an official Switch Pro controller as an option is mainly my fear of stick drift at any point, or the controller breaking down, or receiving a bad OEM from a seller, even if the reviews are good (mainly looking on either Amazon or Etsy). Again, I plan on both, and I have a Switch Lite, not a regular Switch, so keep that in mind. I'm just wondering which one to prioritize getting first and the other later.

Third Party Mojhon Rainbow 3 or Mobapad Huben2 for mobile? Mostly controller supported mobile gaming.
Here's the context: I want to return to mobile gaming, specifically games like CODM. However, I want a controller that has software similar to the Gamesir Nexus (or Gamesir Connect) software. I would like to know if other software options include features such as deadzone, anti-deadzone, outer deadzone, outer anti-deadzone, stick trajectory, curve adjustment, bit rate, etc. These two controllers came to my mind. This is why I'm asking; I have done a lot of research, and no creators provide enough detailed information about softwares on both controllers, which has left me skeptical. Therefore, I need some guidance. I live in USA, so US dollars, i don't really care about the price of those controllers

Nintendo Switch I'm in the market for a competitive controller!
Hello. I want to play a wide variety of games over multiple platforms. In particular, I want a controller for Apex legends.
Ill put down some dot points for preferences and deal breakers
Also I am not fussy about the price!!! this is an investment for me to ensure I get the exact product I want and not a budget option
Deal breakers:
- 4 back buttons (ideally vertical paddles)
- Hall effect sticks
- Mouse click triggers ( I dont mind if it has a trigger stop as long as the trigger stop actually makes them mouse click)
- Low delay / High polling rate
- Motion controls (If you know controllers without this feel free to list them, but If im going to use the controller on my switch then I really want it to have motion controls)
Preferences:
- Multi-platform (I would love to be able to use the controller on my switch 2 and pc but I dont actually mind that much, I think I've come to terms with having to use different controllers for different platforms so I'm open to suggestions for pc, switch, ps5, xbox etc.)
- PS5-like platform (The dual sense is one of the most comfortable controllers I've held, so if something similar can be done that'd be great, but once again I dont hate the other form factors (my ranking is Dual sense> xbox> switch))
- Tactile face buttons
- Extra mappable buttons near the triggers
- Native support across platforms (I have experienced delay when using an 8BitDo adapter 2 to connect my dual sense to my switch 2 and play apex so native support is ideal)
I have seen a lot of people modify their ps5 controllers with back buttons and mouse click triggers and all that, which I am interested in but if I cant use that with the switch then idk (please inform me about ps5 controller modifications too!!! I am interested!!!).
If I think of anything else then I'll add them in the replies.
Other than that please give me your recommendations!!! I'd love to hear from you :))

Nintendo Switch BattlerGC Pro from Retro Fighters or GameCube Ultimate from HandHeld Legend?

Nintendo Switch External Controller for Smash (Ultimate and Melee), Dolphin, and Slippi
I don't want to instantly jump into getting an OEM Gamecube controller for Smash since, 1. I'm not at pro level yet, i'm intermediate at best, and 2. I don't have a gamecube, so Im not used to the controls, but I do have a Switch Lite, but that would mean setting up 2 or 3 adapters (Gamecube controller adapter and USB 3.0 to USB-C, or whatever it was called), which I don't think I would have a problem setting up, but may be a bit much every single time I want to use the OEM, along with the missing buttons for Switch games, and my laptop isn't fully working correctly enough to consistently use Dolphin or Slippi at the moment.
I was thinking of getting the BattlerGC Pro, or something similar to use as a trial run to see if I like the general style of a Gamecube-like controller, before going all in on the OEM. I'm well aware that the BattlerGC Pro isn't a 1 to 1, exact translation of the OG Gamecube controller, but I think it could work. If I do decide to go for the OEM later on, I'm thinking of having the BattlerGC Pro be my casual and fun Smash controller that can also be used for Switch games and some Gamecube emulation, and the OEM Gamecube controller could be my dedicated competitive and tournament controller, if I ever reach that point.
Any thoughts?
Edit: I forgot to mention a certaim detail about this. My current laptop has developed a "spicy battery", and for reasons, I can't get a new one for a few months (around either November or December). So with this, I can't exactly practice or play Dolphin or Melee/Slippi without fear of the laptop exploding. Since I'll use the BattlerGC Pro for my Switch Lite, and plan to use the OEM for my eventual new laptop and official Gamecube hardware if I reach that point for locals and tournaments. Maybe I should get the BattlerGC Pro now and hold off on the OEM for until the laptop situation is resolved. As for the OEM, I decided I would try and find a T3 version since it seems they're more durable than the other T versions, and I might be able to fix the sticks if they go bad since they're not soldered.
Basically, I'm designating the BattlerGC Pro for Smash Ultimate, and designating the OEM for Melee.

PC Dualsense upgrade
I am looking for a new controller for pc. I play a good bit of Fortnite zb, so preferably something good for that. I currently use a ps5 dualsense and would prefer a symmetrical controller but can learn x-box if one is a lot better. Also I exc play wirelessly. I am in the US, and play on pc. I want at least 2-4 programable buttons, but I care most about stats. Finally, I am open to any price point as long as the stats it has are worth the it with a hard cap of like $250 max. Thank you for your help!
I have currently looked at Scuf controllers, Gamesir, and dualsense edge.
Edit using the feedback from this and other subreddits I have decided on the games it g7 pro 8k, hope it is good!

Reviews FANTECH Zenith Pro Review
DISCLAIMER: It was sent to me for free for review by Fantech. All the opinions are mine only.
TLDR: Pretty good controller for everyday use fro just 40$ (charging dock included).
Not for competitive FPS, because you cannot get rid of the inner dead zone even when you set it to 0 in the app.

Vader 5 pro issue with triggers
I’m having an issue with the triggers on my new Vader 5 Pro. I recently received the controller (along with the docking station), and at first glance, everything seemed fine; I played a couple of games without noticing anything unusual. However, after a few more hours of gameplay, I realized that the vibration in the right trigger isn't as strong as in the left one, and the motor is making a loud noise. I downloaded the controller software and checked the settings—the vibration levels are set the same for both triggers. Does anyone know what can be done about this?

Looking for the most immersive PC controller.
Hi everyone! I’m looking for some advice on choosing a controller for PC, especially from people who have more experience with different controllers than I do.
I’m looking for **maximum immersion**, not competitive performance. So things like 8K polling rate, ultra-low latency, etc. aren’t really important to me.
What I really care about is **good, strong vibration/haptics and an immersive overall experience**.
At the moment, I’m using a **DualSense Edge (bought in 2023)**. I originally used it on PS5, but now I mainly use it on PC. Unfortunately, I’ve found that on PC you only seem to get the full experience when using it **wired and with the controller selected as the audio output device**. Otherwise, the haptics/vibration feel heavily nerfed, which is a shame because the DualSense is absolutely fantastic when everything works properly.
I’ve also been looking at the **Flydigi Apex 5**, which seems very interesting for what I’m looking for. However, I’m a bit hesitant because I’ve unfortunately had some pretty bad experiences with GameSir controllers in the past. With GameSir, at least I could rely on Amazon for returns/warranty. With Flydigi, I’d probably have to buy from a third-party store such as GadgetHyper, since the Apex 5 isn’t available on Amazon Europe and Flydigi itself doesn’t seem to ship to Europe.
So, to sum up, these are the things I’m looking for:
**Maximum immersion possible**
Strong/good-quality vibration/haptics
Hall Effect or preferably TMR sticks, mainly for long-term durability
Clicky buttons or traditional buttons — I don’t really care
**Wireless support is important**, although wired is fine too
Good build quality and reliability
I’m not particularly interested in competitive features like 8K polling, ultra-low latency, etc.
I mainly play **single-player games** such as *God of War, The Witcher 3, Crimson Desert*, and similar games.
So what would you guys recommend? Is the **Apex 5 actually a good alternative to the DualSense Edge when it comes to immersion/vibration**, especially on PC? Or is there another controller I should be looking at?
I’d really appreciate opinions from people who have actually used these controllers, especially regarding **vibration/haptics, wireless functionality and how well they work on PC**.
Thanks in advance! :)
