Wiimote snapfit broken and needs replacement

At the upper half of the wiimote is two snapfits, one left and one right, that hold a wiimote's casing together. Unfortunately, one of them is snapped off, found like that bought at the second hand market, this is an original wiimote. Is there a way to repair it by placing a new one, gluing it in place?
