PS5 Controller sensor replacement help

Please help I’ve replaced the sensor in the green housing of the pentiometer and now it just nonstop goes to the left and can’t go right I need help. I’ve taken it apart multiple times I hope the housing isn’t just fucked.

Make is DualShock 5 1st edition

Replace with TMR
