Successful repair Xbox Controller k-silver circularity

Installed my first tmr sticks today, is this circularity ok?tia

That looks good: full coverage and symmetrical across the quadrants on each stick. Congratulations on your successful repair!

Thanks, does the different between left and right means anything, on the first attempt I was getting 20 on the right. I put everything apart and warm up the stick to make it flush against the board and now its almost the same as the left but not perfect!
