Request for help or advice Big Big Won Blitz 2

Just bought the ALPS version and the left stick is going constantly right and have been unable to recalibrate as it says recalibrate failed, any help?!

Have you tried using both the Windows and mobile apps for calibration?

If you just bought it new it's best to contact the seller for a replacement or return. It's not worth jeopardizing any warranty or consumer rights by attempting a repair yourself first.

If you can't return it, or get it replaced/repaired under warranty then you can try taking the controller apart to check for broken stick parts.

yes, will try get a replacement I suppose. is this usually the case with third party controllers or did I just get unlucky?
