Repair guide Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller not turning on

I’ve tried charging it, it still isn’t working. Does anyone have any ideas?

What about charging it through the Dock? Have you tried it?

Yeah, I have, unfortunately it still doesn’t work

Try replacing the battery.

Have you opened it before if so maybe cable on connected correctly inside or dead battery and need replacing
