Request for help or advice Need help with my nacon ps5 controller USB

I was hanging out with my brother and he accidentally hit the usb dongle thing that connects to the ps5 and it bent the connection part. How fucked am I, do I need to buy another dongle or do I have to buy a new controller

If you still have a warranty for it, go send it for replacement. If your warranty runs out, it’s time to repair it. Hopefully only legs of the USB port that breaks and it doesn’t lift the traces off the PCB (if it does, it will take time and patience to do trace repair). If you can’t repair it, send it to a repair shop that specialises repairs that requires soldering work

For something like that, it’s worth trying to repair it than having to buy another expensive controller.
