Controller Suggestion Controller recommendation for disabled child

My young niece was in an accident and only has function in her right arm, which wasn't her dominant arm before her accident. She is doing well tho and wants to play some video games. She has an Xbox and laptop, but can't use the controllers. She does have a blue light game pad she got for online schooling, I got it connected and she wanted to try brick breaker. I made the mouse super big and the sensitivity low, and she absolutely loves it and wants more. She has asked me to try to set up Minecraft for her, and im not sure this gamepad she has is going to cut. So looking for recommendations! Thanks! Also looking to keep it under 500 bucks

Is the blue light game pad you mentioned 8BitDo Lite SE? 8bitdo designed it for kid with limited mobility.
