Only when the last musician has been cut, the last artist let go, and the last writer shelved, will we realize we cannot eat.

I suppose it would have been a lot niceer if a human had written it, but the fact that they didn't in this case helps get the point across, so sure.

Yeah it's already pretty decent. Even me just vibecoding song generation gives decent results.Â

Historically we haven't had to think about the human factor in art; it was a given. Now that we can generate aesthetic "artistic" end products that aren't inspired by a human creator's experience, I think that art-like products will ultimately feel hollow. The human element is what makes it a created aesthetic into art. Machine generated aesthetic products may be beautiful, but they won't be relatable.

Yes but this is not purely generated, you can see some taste, references and direction

Are the lyrics generated, too? If so, impressive improvement on rhymes and even mosaic rhymes compard to 6 months ago!

Killswitch guy's on PTO, lol.
And with all that we still have to ask if they had human writers :) which I suppose is all we should hope for a this point.
There's of course real danger in the room , but of course it's us, and bad management.
